One of Red Riot Kirishima Ugly Christmas Sweater All Over Print Sweatshirt Ugly Sweater Christmas Sweaters Hoodie Sweater is by the Transiberian Orchestera as described in Wikipedia: Late one Christmas night in spring 1827, Ludwig van Beethoven has completed his masterpiece, his Tenth Symphony (which in reality, was never completed). Just as this work is finished, Fate and her deformed son Twist (as in ‘Twist of Fate’) arrive in his home and inform the composer of what he had expected for a long while: that this night was the night of his death. After this explanation, the Devil arrives to claim Beethoven’s soul. He offers the composer a deal; Mephistopheles will allow Beethoven to keep his soul if he may erase the memory of Beethoven’s works from all mankind. Beethoven is given one hour to consider and Mephistopheles leaves the room.

The reason I say this is a meme meant to troll people is people who love Christmas, especially Christians, are always worried there is some war or assault on their holiday. That people are trying to diminish symbols associated with it. Anything from saying “Happy Holidays” to people who get stressed when they see a race-bent Santa Claus. Die Hard is a pretty secular movie that treats Christmas as something that is just going on in the background. There’s no reason to believe that Christmas matters to any of the Red Riot Kirishima Ugly Christmas Sweater All Over Print Sweatshirt Ugly Sweater Christmas Sweaters Hoodie Sweater in this film, or that anyone has any particular reverence for it. So when you say “Die Hard is my favorite Christmas movie” it is akin to saying “Happy Holidays” to all the dorks that would say something like Fred Claus.

I remember a Red Riot Kirishima Ugly Christmas Sweater All Over Print Sweatshirt Ugly Sweater Christmas Sweaters Hoodie Sweater memoir — Beasts, Men, and Gods — by Ferdinand Ossendowski, a White Pole who fled the Bolshevik revolution through Siberia. He served in General Kolchak’s All-Russian Government before escaping through the Steppes north of Mongolia, and then participated in the government of that most notorious adventurer, the “Mad Baron” Ungern-Sternberg, who attempted to take over Mongolia to restore an imperial Khaganate as part of an imagined reactionary restoration of the Great Mongol, Chinese, and Russian monarchies in the interests of the “warrior races” of Germans and Mongols (a Baltic German, he considered the old Russian ruling class to represent Germandom over and against Jews and Slavs). Some of the things – the acts of desperation and madness, in which he himself was no disinterested observer – Ossendowski relates are harrowing. But this part struck me as very much making a point about what people think of the Steppe peoples, and of what (German-trained) nationalists like Ungern-Sternberg did (and would do again) to the Mongols. And, other things:

Christmas decorations are a Red Riot Kirishima Ugly Christmas Sweater All Over Print Sweatshirt Ugly Sweater Christmas Sweaters Hoodie Sweater affectation. Whether one puts them up or doesn’t put them up, whether one leaves them up or takes them down, whether they are put up in January or any other time before December, has no impact on the superstition defined as luck. Good luck and bad luck are merely characterizations of serendipitous occurrences that are random in nature but which leave us either going hooray (good luck) or lamenting the vagaries of uncaring nature (bad luck). But worrying about or praying about or hoping for either as the case may be, like astrology for example, is simply superstitious dreck. As a native yo the city I must say there are three a places that I would suggest to visitors to really get the best holiday scene amd spirit. My first pick is going to be Westfield Mall’s extended outdoor shopping area Union Square. Located at the corner of Powell and Geary in the heart of downtown San Francisco the Christmas spirit is reminiscent of the movie “A Miracle on 24th Street”. That is minus the snow.
